In connection with the established printers of our Compa series, the applicator APL 100 forms a flexible labelling solution for manufacturers of small and middle series.
Herewith we provide an ideal combination, which works extremely reliable and features two essential advantages: it is highly efficient and economical.
This standard solution can be implemented in each manufacturing process and be adapted with only less effort to the valid production requirements. The mounting of applicator is easy and fast. The applicator is attached with two centring pins to the printer and fastened only with one screw. Once in operation, the applicator takes the labels provided by the Compa from the dispensing edge and applies it with high speed on the product, while this goes through on the production-line.
By the way the printers of the Compa series are a best-seller in the portfolio of Carl Valentin GmbH; they are solidly completed and equipped with a good performance.
By the labelling procedure at the running production-line no time loss results. The APL 100 processes labels with a maximum height of 150 mm and a maximum width of 150 mm.
